I offered my child her spending cash for europe on the college journey. The cards are said to be accepted everywhere mastercard is approved. She's unable to make use of the cards. The vanilla mastercard business claims that's becuase despite the fact that they consider mastercard that maye they do not consider mastercard GIFT-CARDS!!! And tht there's nothing they are able to do to assist because the cards are now actually functioning.

Unsure how to proceed since 15 yo child is caught in europe without cash
