They are just ripping people off

With hard work i decided to enter this program with 1st investments, after talking to Victor Rosales Jr, everything seem to be perfect, he put everything in suck a good way that i believed i could get a house, but that was only at the beginning. After signing the papers everything became lies, and waste of time, i had questions, and every time i would call Victor Rosales Jr he would not pick, and i mean every time. He would not call me back, and he would just Ignore my calls. I went to his office many times, and it was all for nothing, he would promise so many things but it was just so that i would keep my mouth shut for a while, and every time i wanted to cancel my agreement he would come up with a lie just so i wont make a cancellation. Many months passed and i finally decided to cancel because i couldn't take it any more, it was lie after a lie. I wanted my money because they DID NOT do anything to help me, He said they would give my the 3000 dollars by payments of 1000, this was over a month ago and i have not received anything. I can not believe people like Victor can just walk on the streets knowing that they are destroying families, because that is what they are doing, my family and i worked so hard to put together the money for a home we dreamed of. And now we are left with no house or money, but i will not stop until i get my money, i hired a lawyer, and i don't care how much it takes, they better give the money back to all the families who put their trust and hope on this company. Please do not trust this company, you will regret it.
