Foreclosure threats, now willing to work with us, and my bank did not know of secand morgage Ripoff

We had a loan with the Money store back in 1997 for home windows, we were told it was not a second loan we never signed any papers saying it was a second loan.in 1999 we had to file bankruptcy, and my lawyer said he could wipe this debt off cause it was not reading as a second loan. My mortgage company said they have no record of a second loan. So after 4 years of no contact, no letters nothing from the money store or Blue view, we thought it was all over. NOPE, we stared getting calls letters threats and you name it they tossed at us, saying we now owed them 18,000 we are 5 years in the rears on our payments and as of July the loan will be coming to term and the are foreclosing on my house. My house that is worth $100,000, and we have $56,000 left to pay on. They never put or gave us credit for the payments we made before the bought out the money store, or the fact after we found out we are going to lose our home we made payments for 3 years, all the payments went on the interest. We get calls from a guy named Victor, a very snotty, self absorb SOB. Each time he calls he makes threats. I was disabled in 2001 I am not able to sign papers or do anything legal, Victor knows this he has been told so many times, but he still calls me and starts in on threats how he wants this house, he will not work with us he doesn't care what problems I have and gets me all worked and I end up in the hospital for panic attacks. We are working with 3 mortgages company's to get this handled and over with, but every time they talk with this Victor, the mortgage company's walk way shaking there heads, and have no idea what is going on.
Those companies like BLUE VIEW needs to be looked into by the fair housing dept, HUD and BBB, even the Banking community. As of today (March 15) we are still in quick sand and hoping for a vine!
