Publisher's Warehouse And Amazon.com
Returned defective CD never replaced as promised

As requested in an email from TheAmazonExpress@aol.com dated Januay 13th, I returned a defecive CD (Amazon.com order # 058-8356337-7223567) to Publisher's Warehouse, PO Box 830, Veradale, WA 99037 using delivery confirmation. I received the delivery confirmation receipt signed for on Januay 14th.

After numerous email inquiries (no phone number to be found) on February 8th I received another email from TheAmazonExpress@aol.com stating "We have ordered you another CD, sorry you were not informed".

Since then nothing. I have emailed and emailed, complained through Amazon.com who claims the dealine is past for complaints and they can't help me.
