Beware Of Paymerica - overall service

I recently contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint after discovering that I wasn't the only consumer zapped by this company.

I called Paymerica last year to cancel my business with them due to lack of business. I was under the impression when I signed with this company that I could cancel with no additional fees. They informed me that I had signed a two year contract and that I would be charged a $350.00.

After continuing to pay my monthly fee of $50.00 directly out of my bank account, and also discovered an additional $129.00 fee that they informed me that I would be paying directly out of my account... I informed them that I no longer wanted their service and they said that I had signed a 3 year contract and would be charged $250.00 plus the $129.00 additional fee...

They have layered their business by having you initially sign-up through http://www.merchantservices-help.com/paymerica.html then they trick you.

I want out without paying more and more money to this greedy company.

I have not used their services for over a year yet still they say I must pay them and now this additional fee...

Business People Beware... Stay clear of this company.
