Deceptive and dishonest

Capital One did not deliver notice of price increase. After I obtained declaration with boost notice, they'dnot I'd like to opt-out - too late. After I named this Feb to discover why the disclosure notice was not about the declaration, they stated it'd be about the next one. Additionally they explained when I spend simply the minimal cost, the benefit period was "never". Then amazingly my charge card was terminated. I named to discover why - they stated I named and terminated it. Used to do not, however they declined to acknowledge it or repair it.
