There are many reports on this company, so I will be brief. After I signed up for their "free" 7 day trial, I log in to their site, only to find there is absolutely nothing of value offered, so I call their 1 800 number to cancel. I'm on the west coast, so their office was closed at the time. So I bookmark the page to call the next day that has the 1 800 number on it. When I opened the bookmarked page the next day, the 1 800 number was gone from the page! I had to Google their name just to find it. Ironically, when I did, I also came across this site!
