Loan Modification Process Was Not A Process At All, No One Knows What's Going On, It Is The Worst Nightmare!

We filed with Chase Finance to get a loan modification about April. Since then it has been a nightmare! Yes, a nightmare! There is no rhyme or reason to their processes!
We got harassing phone calls from customer service reps while our loan modification was under process. We were told to ignore the phone calls. We were also told a few more times to refax and refax the same information to them.
This went on for literally months! It wasn't until the other day another customer service person called and said they would "check" the status of our loan. She said that it had been denied the day before!
Well we haven't received anything in the mail, nothing! I truly believe that this whole thing is a scam that they were so overwhelmed and just did not even bother to process alot of the loan modifications.
The whole Obama thing is a joke, do our politicians and banks really care about us? My educated guess is NO!
