Cashforgrants.com never never received free cd&after 5 tranactions of different caused me to cancel credit card

I was researching programs for my sister, single mom with a disabled child born with rare disease that most doctors know nothing about it. KIEPPEL-FEIL born with no neck. She works but his brain surgery and illness cost too much. I searched website and it said we could get a free cd and pay only $1.95 for shipping. They tried 5 transactions for different amount and no cd. Until I read someone's rip off report I could not call them. I had to cancel my credit card. They never answer their phones but a machine takes your message.
Web site said 100 of Free Grants now Available for 2010 from the federal government.
You would think the federal government would act on this fraudulant compqny protraing as the people working for them.
I want my money back
