Credit monitoring service that is fraudulant and never answers phone

I signed up for nationalcreditreport.com and was offered a free trial. After signing up I recieved a credit report that was generic looking, I thought to myself well This isn't what I expected, Ill cancel before they charge my card... So I called the number during their specified office hours and got a message saying call back during office hours. So I called back the next day, same message. Finally I email them thinking i would get a response, they have one response message they send out in replying to emails, which states to call the number. My card is being debited and Im unable to get a hold of them. My account iks overdrawn because of them.
