Poor - Safeguard credit monitoring free trial

I promptly received my credit report from www.nationalcreditreport.com, but had a similar experience with their so called customer service. I sent 3 emails explicitly stating to cancel my account immediately so I could avoid the $14.95 fee. I called as well, and after being on hold for 27 minutes, began speaking with a representative. I asked her to cancel my account, which she did. I made it very clear that I did not want my account charged and she said that it would not be. This was one week ago and I'm wishing I had her statement in writing because I just got charged $14.95. I do not recommend www.nationalcreditreport.com to ANYONE!!! It seems that their "free" credit report implies that they will charge your account regardless of your actions.

How can www.nationalcreditreport.com help me? Give me my money back for a service they are no longer providing.
