If you check out all of the thousands of complaints and lawsuits against NovaStar on the internet (AKA: too many other names to list); it is simply amazing that our government agencies in charge of oversight would allow these companies to rip-off its citizenry.

We must not let people tell us that it is our fault. We are the victims. If you do not want to be a victim then do something. Research the class-action lawsuits, lawsuits their investors have filed, lawsuits their past employees have files and make a decision to file a lawsuit or remain a vicitim.

Attempt to get help from an free or reduce cost legal agency if you cannot afford to pay an attorney. Another option is to speak to an attorney and ask about filing a class action lawsuit to split the attorney fees. If all else fails, do your research online, reveiw past cases against NovaStar/Saxon, get to the appropriate court in your city and ask for help in filing the petition and other documents you may need to file and have served.

The NovaStar client I tried to help, like most of the past homeowners, are too embarrassed to fight back. If they come after me to satisfy any of his false unpaid fees; I will fight back legally.

These subprime slime financial institutions changed the lives of millions, if not billions, of people. It is now time for us not to be so trusting, ask questions, research the answers and change the lives of financial institutions forever.
