Unfare and missrepresented loan issue

I have taken out a loan as the 100% owner as my ded states at time of loan, then to find out later that iam joined by another party at 50% so i have property at 100% loan of the land but now only have 50% value of the property and they refuse to work out any fair mod for me with the respect of 50% of land since that what it shows now and htey have excuse the other party being joint in the loan and now my proerty will sell on april 9 and i cant anyone who has authority to handkle this matter.
