Credit card fraud, deceptive practices

I also recieved my Tribute card about two years ago. I had set up automatic payments with them for every payday. Needless to say I never missed a payment in those two years. I used the card fairly regularly. I went from $300 to $800 and had my interest dropped to 9% from 20%. Now, after two years of $40 payments, even with interest and account maintanence fees, there should have been something of a ballance on my card.
About 4 months ago, I tried to use my card. I was declined. When I got home I called customer service to find out what was going on with my account. The person who answered said my account had bee closed a month prior due to inactivity. I asked how much I had left on my ballance, thinking I was going to be pretty close to payoff, was actually $800.00!!! I then asked where my last two years of payments were. I got the run-around about interest, maintanence, etc. The amounts are INTEREST: $10.60, MAINTANENCE $6.00, PROCESSING FEES $3.00.
With a $40.00 payment every two weeks, I explained to this person, the math you're giving me doesn't add up. What you said is only $19.60 a month which means I should have had $60.00 a month added to my account. Where is the rest of my money?
This person again gave me the same story 2 more times while I debated him on his superb math skills. A few weeks ago I had a credited amount worth of two months' minimum payment on my acount worth $38.00.
My account, however, is still being charged the above fees even though I no longer have an account with them. I still owe $700.00. Two years of $40.00 payments every two weeks!!!
