Lack of reasonable assistnce

I've been caught within an adjustable-rate mortgage and attempted many times to refinance and obtain a fixed-rate mortgage without any success. I've experienced the procedure of looking to get financing change and obtain the run around every time. I've attempted many times to get hold of them-and get possibly disconnected or perhaps a consultant who not speak English. After I have finally gotten through they link me to many diverse individuals and than I wind up back at square one. I've been hardly ready to pay for my expenses however they are present or more-to date. The rate of interest keeps hiking and which makes it harder month-to-month to maintain on my expenses. I'm really troubled and anticipated more from this type of well known organization! Before I get help I worry it'll fall towards the lack of my house.
