I delivered item used to do not purchase. Impress bright packages and perm bright grin were returned for them. They've given me the runaround on numerous calls. Every time they had another account.

Discussed to mgr jessica on 1/26/10. She said it was scheduled for refund on 1/26.

NEXT PHONE 2/22/10 240PM SPOKE TO BRITTANY INCH-866-543-6497 AND TO CRISTAL THEY'D TECHINAL ISSUES AND HAD NO WAY TO RETURN THE $ 448.92 with no method to achieve their supv on the channels, no method to move me to some supv. They'd complex issues and visit my lender to get a return. Additionally they owe me $86.93 for return prem white. Additionally they had be fax verification slides fro usps. Plus they didn`t nothing / they owe me an overall total of $135.85
