They want your money but it seems they dont want to give it back to you

Visited pnc back again to start a brand new consideration since my lender doesn't possess a department within the new condition i moved to. Being hesitant because I had been with my lender for more than 10 years I wander in. The broker was great-no issues about her whatsoever. Therefore 2 nights later I receive 2 covers (considering its me and my partners bank cards) I start I its my partners card the secon mentioned they shut my account upon further review. Unsure I am aware therefore its understand 5 nights later and that I haven't received my money-back I visit the department that exposed the consideration plus they say sorry cant allow you to need to watch for the check. Understand im beyond furious considering I popped the consideration knowing I really could obtain access to it. I discussed that I simply moved below required use of the money (for food gasoline and such) and again the supervisor merely says sorry cant help you. I'm so disappointed I'm happening everysight hoping that pnc gets the concept how terrible there support are I've observed a number of other peole within the same scenario as me one site confirmed that the client waited more than 1 month to obtain his cash back. They need your cash however it appears they dont wish to provide it back. Next on my listing may be the paper perhaps then anything may alter for potential new client. Bank beware!!
