Closed checking account (what a joke)

In July, I visited Suntrust and terminated my bank account. The woman assisting me, and myself, investigated my consideration to determine what exceptional inspections and debits had removed in order to keep enough within the consideration to prevent NSFs. She offered me my money and recorded that I desired to shut my consideration and also the stability was at -0-. I continued my happy way using the perception the consideration was shut and that I was completed with Suntrust.

Per month later I received a card within the email declaring that I owe Suntrust $115.00. I named the client support division and also the guy I had been speaking with mentioned that since there is a little stability of profit the consideration the consideration wasn't shut. Also, I never got my $50 giftcard.
