Ripoff breach of contract took my money no call-backs switched case specialist

We contracted jk harris to prepare federal and state taxes for personal and business and to perpare state and federal "offer and compromise". Also they were contracted to negotiate state and federal. Total for all of the above $6300.00. This was in march.

Over the past years if we call them, they dont call back or, if they do its a week or so later. We have been switched to countless case specialist and each time we were given the tax organizer, at least 6 to 10 times. If anyone has fill one out, it takes days to do.

Jkh told us to forward any papers from irs and the would take care of it, well we now have a tax lein of 216,000.00 on my credit report and the irs has levy on my wifes pay check, my pay check, checking and savings account. This could of all been avoided if jkh would of done what they were contracted and paid to do.

Jkh did not provide irs with any accurate information or any at all and did nothing for us but put us in worse shape now then when we hired them.

I really need help getting my money back!!! Thank you
