Miss leading actions/Misrepresentation

I obtained a notice out of this organization declaring that I owed a delinquent debt in the State-Of Louisiana Department of income. The notice appeared established enough and so I contact them-and talked with Alyssa @ ext 3710. I should admin that it did mix my brain that I really could have all messed up anything on my fees however she described that it had been for Duty year 1999. This appeared od since I have existed in Florida at from delayed '98. After I informed her just as much, she stated that these were likely to document a levee against me in 2 times until I settled your debt entirely. She added that I'd have 2 complete decades to challenge the state, but I should first spend your debt. This all seemed a little questionable fo rI approached the Louisiana Department of Income Collection Department.

Listed Here Is were issues got fascinating, they explained the costs were from disappointment to document a tax-return for that year 1999. I tell them that I had been a Florida citizen that year and he or she explained to merely supply evidence of residency in Tx and all could be great.
