Taking money from my account

This company took money from my account without my knowledge of why or who they are, i call and get a busy signal. The last few months this has been happening and i just caught onto it. So far i can trace them back to april of 09. Thats over $200.00 dollars. It may not seem like alot but it's still my money and they stole it... No clue how they got my information at all or where to even look, someone needs to do something about these people..
