Ripoff, unauthorized withdraw from my checking account

You know i have been cheated and scammed before but not in this manner i guess that is why i caught it right away. Usa credit took 149.95 dollars out of my account 2 x and for why i have no clue. The only thing i did was applied for a cash loan through united cash loans not usa credit. They stole my money not only that but a part of me. I can't imagine they can be in vusiness with what they do to people. I did contact an attorney about this. Since they refuse to give me my money back. They told me there was a early cancellation fee. I said what the hell are you talking about i never signed up. So they are only willing to give me $94.65 back in my account and it could take 3 weeks til i see it... (i don't think so) i told them they stole my money and they need to return it promptly...
