Ripoff stole money out of my bank account

I received a phone call on april 3rd fROMpeople claiming to be with bank of america. (my current banker) they stated that the computer account info for bank of america had crashed for a period of time and i needed to verify some of my account info.

They said as a gift for my inconvieniece i would be recieving 300 dollars in precription discounts. They assured me as i questioned several times that this would NOT BE MONEY TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT.

I stressed that over and over. On april 13th, 398 dollars was taken from my account from giact payments.com or first line community. This is a company i can't find anywhere, and the number 1866-751-8380 is a disconected number.

My bank will not file a fraud claim with these people because they said i gave them my info, they lied about who they were they took money from my account that was not in any way shape or form authorized.

The bank said all i can do is contact them to try and get my money back but there is mo trace of this so called buisiness. I am a single mom with 2 children and that money was all i had. These people ruined my 9 year olds birthday i can't even get him a cake now. How can i find these people and why can't my bank do anything. This is so unfair,

If anyone finds out who these people are please let me know. Thet took all i had left this goes to show that you cannot trust a soul!
