I packed $50 on the greendot prepaid credit card via telephone. It was the 2nd period I did so it plus they offered me another card number. I thought it could have now been since I'dnot utilized the card in some time which was why I acquired a brand new quantity. A couple of days later after I attempted to make use of the card it had been rejected. I just had $5 about the card they said. I understood anything was incorrect once they called someone different than me whilst the bill owner. They set me on-hold permanently these were having program issues and that I never got the problem solved. I called back 24 hours later and was not able to talk to a live consultant. I've created for them and wish this gets solved. The corporation must be researched.
