I had been working directly with this bank (Aurora Loan Providers) up to January after I became sick. My loved ones has struggled difficult to maintain this top over our brains. I'm a Doctoral scholar and operating being an intern. My spouse continues to be working difficult to maintain the household like a device economically.

We dropped behind during 2009 for all factors (my spouseis figuratively speaking turned due, I turned impaired on my work, the delivery of our 2nd child, her hospitalization when she became sick at 12 months old, expenses of medicine, our house was shattered into and we dropped over $20k in home and injury restoration, etc). We finished a work-out contract with Aurora. I became sick and not able to create the Jan cost in a reasonable fashion. The Jan cost was the fifth of 6 funds within the strategy. I delivered the cost per week after it had been due. Aurora obtained the cost, cashed it, and offered our house anyhow on 2/18/10, without informing people. Your house didn't market to some 3rd party; it's still possessed by Aurora. We were never made aware our house was up for market. We also delivered our Feb (6th & closing) cost which may have determined the foreclosure procedure. Furthermore, they've our escrow excess. We're not weeks and weeks behind on bad debts to Aurora. We were cheated by Inexperienced Credit Options on the mortgage loan modification in early stages which charge us $3500. We've also required financing change from Aurora and been refused or overlooked many times. We're truly focusing on this National desire, however it appears like it’s to no avail. We're a device of 4, including our two kids with hardly any support. We're facing a huge lender which possibly has attorneys from the boat-load. All I will state at this time is I'm waiting on hold to wish, informing my tale and seeking legal counsel. We've been offered having a 3-day notice to leave. Aurora is just a mean & evil bully! Their customer support sucks plus they might care less about people / households.
