Harassing Phone Calls

We have been getting calls from GC Services for some time now. They start calling first thing in the morning, and when we don't answer the call they call back every 4 or 5 minutes-never leaving a message. This is nothing new, but what bothers me is that they have started calling my cell phone number and my work phone number—NEITHER of which we EVER gave them as contact information. How did they get these numbers?
