Withdrew money from my acct. With a fraudulent check

Used to do not obtain or subscribe to this company. They withdrew cash from my bank account utilizing a fake check. This withdrawal set my looking at into ISF and was billed a $38 facility charge. I have a much Independence Membership reimbursement the $8.42 they fraudulently required from my acct. And that I also need my facility charge paid delivered additionally.
