They ripped me off for 33.87 thru my bank acct

I was checking my bank acct and found a charge in there that overdrew my bank acct. And the name it is withdrawn to was Rewardmemoresite.
The company seems to be out of Utah. I had bought a cd recently online from Grant Master and they also withdrew money from my acct even before I got the cd. It stated online in the wesite if you do not wish to continue with Grant Master then call a certain number and cancel, which I did a week ago. I believe this company is behind this withdrawal. And I want my money put back in my acct all of it.
