Unauthorized withdrawal from checking acct

Attempted to obtain a mortgage from the business and was registered for Freedom Discount Club. Without authorization they required 34.19 from my acct. Tried calling and got owner and was informed since i.P. Handle was associated with my pc, I really couldnot have discount. Despite the fact that used to do not subscribe to the corporation. Our lender wont actually help obtain the money-back simply because they stated it had been converted into document type. I did'nt actually obtain the mortgage/cash advance.
