One the worst service experiences in my ifetime

In procedure for replacing my mortgage I had been informed that I had been qualify to do this and 3 nights later after I called back again to begin the procedure I had been unable to contact the initial person who I spoke to and that I was informed by someone else that I had been not qualify to refinance which the individual that spoken in my experience "had no idea what she was referring to". I quit massages and sent the initial individual and not obtained a call-back. I called back and requested to talk to a boss and remaining massages with him (Matt Ellis) he never called back both. After I called back again to keep in touch with another person the individual addressing the Telephone (Ed artist) after several efforts to obtain somebody online Hung-Up on me. This is actually the type of lender that kills other banks status. It was one the toughest support encounters in my own ifetime.
