On 12/31 they charged my bill $ 75 yearly submission charge with no notice. After I named them I had been informed that they'll cost any charge they would like to maintain my account productive.
From July 09 to December 09 charged $5 declaration charge but never shipped the claims. I named Cardservice International and requested for claims (i taken care of) plus they explained I will move online and produce them. I taken care of them $5/ mth, I am not likely to produce them i need them shipped. Obviously they refused.
I shut the consideration plus they included more costs...
No agreement signal together, they signal the agreement utilizing a Detroit Ip, we just had a mental contract with Bob Gumino (we decided credit and mastercard costs verbally and $ 10/mth customer support fee - NO additional Charge)
The cash is not a large amount, but I am fed up with these illegitimate methods, and i chose to consider them in court.
Today 02/22 i submitted a little state using the Superior Court Of California, Region Of Lemon, and that I May document a With California General Attorney.
We ought to stop these criminals!!!
