Ripoff says fraud protection but doesn't their protection is to take your money fraudulently removes money from your account

My wife was caught up in the 'recruit scam' innocently. She was sent a job advert by AOL for a paypal processing job. It looked a good job as she could do it from home. She got the job and was told as paypal was too expensive she should send the money by western union.

Ahe set up a linkpoint account with cardservice international, who say they have fraud protection and some transactions were run through. She sent some of the money out and then it turns out it was a scam and criminals were using stolen credit card numbers at a phoney web site and they were the ones who having the money sent to them.

Anyway when it is discovered it is a scam, Cardservice international empty our bank account and put us deeply into debt and when we complain to our bank they say it is our fault as we gave cardservice out account numbers. We never signed a contract with cardservice and they never had permission to take the money out of our account.

The only fraud protection they offer is to themselves and fraudulently take the money off of you.
