Unauthorized charges to my business account for yearly $119 yearly fees and charges for documents I never ordered

I've utilized Cardservice International since 1998 after I began an online business in HS. I settled a $5000 gear price to LEASECOMM which appears to be a dim RAT running for Cardservice International. Looking back I actually donot notice what which was for since I have just prepared charge cards online.
Through the years they've billed me many times (Countless pounds) for chargeback files that I never requested. Additionally they have actually billed me 3 times for that same doc since I did not react to the very first 2 times they delivered me stated doc that I never obtained. Being really small at that time and never till I observed another grievances on this website have I recognized that is illegal.
Additionally they today are getting me a $119 annual charge I never decided to in virtually any agreement or every received notice of. I've had it together and am shooting them today. I've requested them to return me the $119 plus they have declined. After I questioned them to return the costs for that chargeback files I never requested they've declined to return these costs aswell.
I've always believed the corporation might be performing negative items to people although not till I browse the additional grievances have I recognized that they're tearing people down at every chance. Don't make use of this organization for charge card running!
