Ripoff

I was ripped off $177.99, even after I've spoken to an operator telling them to cancel my call with from them. Which stated they wouldn't bill my account and they were only checking to see if I had a valid checking account.

Now I have five charges against my account of $31.00 of overdraft fees!!! One charge of $29.00 for NSF check return fee, for a check I did write for my phone bill which couldn't be paid for because of the unauthorized check of $177.00 was taken.

I am a disabled single mother and how am I going to pay for my phone that I need for medical emergencies..?? Help!!
