Smoking charge

Billed us $150, blaming people of smoking within the space. We didn't smoke within the space. Additionally they couldn't supply any evidence for all of US to challenge, but hearsay of the custodial team who my be receiving kick backs for confirming this problem. They didn't get images or provide a supervisor right down to back them up. Have submitted using the BBB and also the state attorney general. Reported to customer relations division with alternative accommodations and was informed they couldn't do something and also have to consider the term of the resort over client.
