Unauthorized Charge

I slept in the holiday inn show (Durham NH) on January 1st. 2011. Right from the start I really could inform the professionalism was insufficient. They explained within the telephone after I was requesting emptiness that I really could spend with money. Which wasnot the situation. After I came the person at the front end desk stated we had a need to place a card along so that they might have it on document. I gave him mine and requested could it be likely to get billed and he explained no-you can pay each morning. Then he had me signal a non-smoking contract. The following day I visited take a look at and also the woman at the front end table had previously billed my card for that space and passed me the statement. A couple of days passed and that I observed the cost was still pending. A complete week went by and that I examined my bank stability plus they had billed for twice. One for that space 141.65 plus one for smoking within the space 150. The truth is I never once did smoke within the space. I talked using the general supervisor and he or she explained the area smelt like smoking which she'd images. After I questioned exactly what the images confirmed all she mentioned was "deposit" I subsequently questioned where the residue was and he or she described that "it doesnt actually matter where it had been." I've set a state in with my lender since One i didnt smoking within the space two they never actually named me to inform me that I had been being billed with this specific charge in advance and three in my opinion they charged me twice for that space and therefore are simply attempting to hide due to their error.
