Upset with Carecredit - hearing aide

I mailed my payment in time that they should have gotten it on time (They charged me a $40 late fee). I mailed others that were due on the same due date and the rest all got theirs and had them posted. I called Care Credit snd they told me that I would have a $20 credit on my next bill that they could do once a year. The next bill came and was again $15 more than it should have been. I called again and talked to a gentleman who stataed that I was right and that was too much that it should be $10 less. To call back at the end of the week, which I did. I first got a CSR that didn't understand anything so I asked to talk to a supervisor. I was put on hold only to get another CSR (however ther is no customer service there) He told me because there was still a $3.99 overage due I had to pay $15 more automatically. I told him that was crasy that it should just be my payment and the $3.99, which I really hadn't realized I had left when I paid the bill the month before. I asked if they would credit my next payment and was told no that it would come off the balance. I'm making this payment but then I'm going to take out another loan at a cheaper interest rate where the company knows how to run a business and will be canelling CareCredit. I also have told other people who were thinking about using them but after my experience they changed their minds.in this economy most people buget their payments. If there is a late charge due it should never be this much, I wouldn't have that high of penalty even on my motgage. I feel they may just tell anyone who is close but on time that they're late just to charge this exorborant fee. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau and telling everyone I talk to. Word of mouth can kill a company. I also have to wonder if the companies that use them know how they operate.
