Unauthorized decuction from account

The corporation taken $49.95 from my company bank account without any agreement for "application help". After I named the financial institution, the bank was unacquainted with them-and recommended I contact UMG MERCHANTTEC straight for clarification. This can be a scam. They stated these were provided a "spoken" agreement to money bill that was not the case. They might not create any paperwork of costs and wouldn't provide any details about their organization apart from P.O. Box given below. A reimbursement was assured, but definitely not guaranteed.
