Unauthorized charges

The corporation began regular breaks of $49.95 from our organization banking account in September '08. It was not found until a depth overview of balances was done in December. At that time, we'd been billed for July, May, September, March and December (5 weeks). It was preceded by similar costs from Learn card running within the months of April, May, July and September - 4 weeks.

I called UMG Merchanttec, 800-843-0905 and reported concerning the unauthorized charges. The good woman about the telephone stated I talked with among their telemarketers to obtain this support began (I still have no idea exactly what the support is!). This isn't accurate as well as basically did, I'd have rejected the support and would not provide anybody our bank details within the telephone. After I requested to get a reimbursement, she stated all she might do was refund the final 8 weeks. We will notice if that comes through! I am unsure what, if any, further option I've. I believe my next phone is to Uncover card processing.
