Frustrated - Insurance claim

I agree with every one of these frustrated comments. I am on the other side and work for a construction company, and I am in charge of invoicing customers. We have approximately $600,000 tied up in mortgage companies, 90% of that being BOA. We have faxed some forms up to 10 different times. This was after to speaking to a BOA representative and them telling us this is all they need to release the check. 2 weeks go by, nothing, we call them and they need something else. Very frustrating to deal with these people, and they are simply not held liable for anything.
