Ibsn Tax
No Refund

Hello,

I submitted my fees with IBSN this past year and that I was billed a charge for a servce (ITIN software for just two dependants) which was never supplied. [Document amount is m55684] I'd to complete the ITIN forms myself. After I requested to get a reimbursement, I had been informed it had been hectic tax period plus they would certainly refund it later. I waited. And nothing happened. I named many times during and post the tax period but there is only one solution - "we shall get it done quickly". I had been actually requested to create a contact to some senior person in the IBSN group-which I did so - but when I might have anticipated there is no reaction.

Today it's tax period again and IBSN informs me that I'll get my reimbursement amount modified within this year charge. Which means that I have to purchase support from their website again to be able to get my charge returned. Easily choose to not opt for IBSN - they simply keep my income. That is simply not reasonable.

With all regard, Mr Laxmi Palaypu - should you consider your organization to become reasonable your visitors, I'd request the charge reimbursement to become designed to me aside from my decsion to carry on with IBSN.
