Not Trust worthy

I've obtained IRS Tax sees for last 2 yrs and also the deadline was on February 10th (Yes deadline past four weeks back). I've been dealing with IBSN reps (Yes Just I had been operating wit h them-they never be seemingly focusing on this issue) since I have obtained the notice for a lot more than 1.5 weeks. Originally they assured me it'll taken care and they'll deliver the review statement before deadline. But nothing occurred till February 10th night. After I named and enquired them, they questioned me to obtain 4 more times of expansion. Despite obtaining 4 times expansion, no body resulted in for just one week (I had been keep calling them and contacting them, despite that no body answered). After delivering several reminders, lastly following a week they delivered me the review record. But there have been several differences within the charm notice and that I advised exactly the same for them. Since that time (Its been 3 months) I've been looking to get your hands on the reps from IBSN but no reaction. Actually I published mail to Laxmi Palayapu (Main Knowledge Official at IBSN Inc) laxmi. Palaypu@ibsnus.com but nothing happened.

However The Same IBSN reps used-to contact me atleast twice each day while processing fees until I created the cost. Exactly what a fantastic perspective? I don't understand what to complete today for government updates.

Yet another thing - according to my understanding in my own group just about everyone whoever submitted fees with IBSN obtained government tax updates and not one of them got great reaction from IBSN. We don't understand what to complete for that notice obtained from government.
