Scam - hijacked Itunes link

I had been attempting to buy some audio from Itunes on 23/12 (Story Book of Ny - should you got to know.) Anyhow I thought I was buying this tune also it works out I was purchasing anything out of this phony organization that hijacked the google connect to I tunes. They got £33.62 from my bill. (I've terminated card clearly)... But my charge card firm claims that since I offered them my charge card specifics I sanctioned them to cost my bill

That Is clearly a fraud. I'm really conscious of phishing emails and remove them all and am very experienced about web cons... But I thought I was creating a purchase from I tunes!
