Bait & Switch punishment for paying balances off in lump sum, in full!

I just received my yearly family income "distribution", which I have always submitted in my income applications to all my credit cards, including BOA, that I would be using to pay off my credit cards each year, as I ALWAYS do! For some reason, these imbeciles do not seem to understand that I am telling them the truth, or that I am somehow going to be paying them high interest rates forever, at 29%, which is NOT the case! They continue to charge me fraudulent fees of over $100 for every little transaction on a balance of $12,400.00! Well, guess what? I paid off the whole fricking thing in one check! Bully for them! I asked the manager and the bankers there, if I would be punished for paying off the entire thing in one fell swoop like this, since I STILL had a credit line of $700 left, in addition to what I had as a BALANCE in the account! So I still had a credit line of over 13 K there! The LIARS said, "OH NO of course not! WHY would we do a thing like that? You've always paid on time, yadah yadah. Well yeah, they sold me this card when I purchased the rest of their ripoff package of mortgage at 7.5% and checking account that won't allow my REAL other checking account that I use locally pay my bills on their SITE! I had to do summersaults to make THAT work, and even that was a freaking pain in the ass! I have a reliable bank I use that I PREFER to pay my bills from, not THEIRS, but they forced me to open one on their site anyway, which causes me to have all kinds of overdrafts waiting to transfer my funds in from my REAL Bank. Asshatts! I am so sorry I EVER got involved with these bloodsucking thieves, they just want interest% and fees anyway they can steal them! If you pay off anything, they punish you! I paid them off in FULL, and they immediately reduced that card, which was at 13K credit line to $500! That was after I asked them if they would do that and they LIED and said NO! Liars liars liars! I am going to get rid of them altogether and open new accounts with my Credit Union! I advise all people to stay away from all retail Banks in general, if you at all possibly can, and go to Credit Union Banks, avoid Banks like BOA and Chase! Put them out of Business! They don't deserve to be on this EARTH!
