Ripoff and dishonest Used every EXCUSE to collect for LATE FEES

Please include me to this website instituted for FAIRBANKKS CAPITAL CORP customers. My mortgage was sold to these con-artists immediately after my Real Estate Closing in January.

In their efforts to FORECLOSE my home, they have not cashed my checks on time, returned checks (I just received one), advised me that they have never received my checks, advised me that my banks has NOT paid them automatically, threatened me, called me at least 3 times per week, and used every EXCUSE to collect for LATE FEES.

I would like to see us all take them to COOURT and see how they can justify their PARTICIPATION in this website.
