Extra $200 charge for property inspection photos never seen

I was told by Fairbanks customer service reps that they charged me an extra 200-some odd dollars because they sent someone out to my house to take pictures.

They said Fairbanks wanted to be sure the house is still standing!!! I have no knowledge of anyone coming out to take pictures of my house.

Each customer service representative gives me a different excuse each time. When I mail in my monthly payment, they take my money without my knowledge of what's going on or why.

I was told they have a right to do so. I'm having a hard time making ends meet. I do not have money to just give Fairbanks Capital. I send my checks off 10-15 days ahead of time. I have sent them by certified mail, which only worked for a little while. I think my checks are being held until after late fees are due.
