Scam! And bad customer service!

Last August Washington Coffee Direct got my info via a study website (3rd party!) and charged me one hundred bucks towards caffeine! Once I named to correct points out, your day after, they stated " whenever you obtain your caffeine go back to sender to get a FULL REFUND". And so I did that. And waited some time and noticed no cash delivered to my banking account. And so I named a couple weeks later plus they stated "It'll occupy to 2 weeks for that cash to exhibit up inside your consideration." As angry when I was, I stayed calm, stated "okay" and waited out the two weeks.By December I'd observed NO CASH! And that I am students living alone operating full-time to pay for my expenses, which means this hundred bucks is just a big-deal in my experience. I called again plus they stated "Ok, we will return your money. But it'll occupy to 2 weeks." At that time I dropped it. WHATTTTT?!!! Which should have previously occurred! We currently had this discussion!!! I had been going insane. But I had been still being polite. She claims "yes, however they didnt sctually get it done, im likely to deliver it through today." Therefore obviously I-say, nicely how do you understand the same isnt likely to occur in 2 weeks. She claims " cause im sitting here carrying it out at this time." And I am like, nicely how do you realize that? Are you likely to deliver mean email doc of the procedure? And she simply stated "Im delivering it! Possess a goodday!" and HUNG-UP!

Now its almost February. Its been more then 2 weeks. NO cash. I have been calling 10 times each day, every time they're available. No solution. I keep a note each time. No-return phone.

I DISLIKE the corporation.
