They tried to keep my money!

I attempted to deliver cash to some buddies banking account online. I'd to join up with WU, after joining I triede to deliver the cash and got a note that I'd to call-in and verify some info. After I named in, my move demand was declined since my telephone did'nt complement the documents these were checking against. After I asked what documents, they appoligized and stated thats all we are able to let you know.

Later in your day I went online to check on my banking account and discovered the cash have been removed for that money-transfer. While I named WU about this they stated the cash was removed before they choose to agree/dissapprove so that they understand the cash can be obtained, and "I" would need to contact my lender to possess them contact WU to truly have the cash put-back in my own bill. I WENT SPASSSSS...

Not just were they informing me it was my responsiblilty to obtain the cash back, however they never actually I would like to understand they got it.

Had I not examined my consideration they'd nevertheless have my cash...

I put this type of healthy, that the boss from WU named my lender and had the cash delivered. When asked about there methods to do business in this way, they stated oh well, thats our plan...
