Webroot Spyware
Cancelled 12/09 and need refund for 1/10 charges of $40.35. Tried for hours on line without success

Delivered a notice of cancelation on 12/09/09 of the Webroot spysweeper. I no further needed the support.

I recently received my declaration from Lender of America by having an automated cost from Webroot of $40.35.

It'd been uninstalled and terminated.

Please credit my bill with that unauthorized fee.
