Breach of contract over new $10 service fee

As of January I noticed a $10 Service Charge/*Finance Charge* on my statement I had a fixed promotional rate of 3.99% on further investigation I found I am not alone. Chase changed the terms of its agreement in breach and is attempting to charge its customers so it can pay back the bailout it received from the very tax payer it received the bailout from. I called and the rep was rude and hung up on me when I told her as a consumer I had joined the class action lawsuit.
